Everyone wants to know the fast and easiest way to build there dream body. Throughout my fitness journey there are three major things I feel attribute to my success and my ability to properly put on muscle. These three tips are MyFitnessPal, Student Aesthetics, and having a good work ethic.
Of these three things it goes with out saying that a great work ethic is beyond the most important if you aren't willing to work out hard, smart, and often then you might simply be going in circles and not ever really progressing. Hard work is the key to achieving anything you truly want in life. If you work hard every single day you give yourself the opportunity to achieve any dream you may have. Always remember hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard. This means every time you step into the gym make sure you do so with passion and drive and push your personal limits.
The next key aspect for me has been the app MyFitnessPal. This app is great when you first open it, the app will as k you a series of questions. Such as what do you weigh, what are your goals, and when do you want to achieve them by. Then it comes up with a set calorie plan for you, it even gives you an idea of where your macro nutrient levels should be. This app also allows for food tracking so you can track every single meal you eat and it will let you know how many calories you have left for the day. I feel this app has done wonders for me because it simply makes tracking food so much easier than it once was.
Lastly is when I started I used a program called Student Aesthetics. This was a program designed for everyone but with a focus for students. It allowed me to have a strict schedule and program for each workout making it much easier to go into the gym and do what needs to be done. Now I'm not saying that you need to have a specific type or brand of workout program, but you have to have a plan having a plan makes your workouts more efficient and effective because you can make sure you hit every muscle or at least a upper body, lower body split.
At the end of the day you should have a good app for nutrition, a good workout plan, and a great work ethic. A combination of all three will put you into a position to reach any fitness goal.
