Working out has been know to break people and push them to there absolute limits. Some of us quit because results don't come fast enough. Other quit because they don't have enough "time". Some will even quit because they are gaining too much weight from trying to bulk. Whatever your reason is for quitting read this before and rethink your choice.

Most people quit not because of failure but because they allow the failure to devour there life and control them. Every failure is an opportunity to grow one step closer to your success. The most successful people on this earth don't quit when they fail, They fail over and over and over again, millions of times if that's what it takes to be successful. You have to believe in yourself that you can overcome and grow from your pitfalls. Speak your dreams into existence over and over again and they will become your reality. I promise you that. You must tell yourself that you can and will achieve your dreams and don't stop until you reach them. Failure makes winners stronger, hungrier, when most would give up. Winners don't enjoy failure but it would never make them give up. Next time you encounter failure, you must remember every great thing that is on this earth is the result of the creator learning from failures and what would not work. Learn why you fail and make sure you don't fail that way again let it make you stronger.

Always remember failure will never be the end of your story. It's the begging of your comeback story. If failure was the end then there would be no greats. If everyone stopped at failure there would be no greatness in this world. Let failure grow and develop you.

Failure doesn't not exist unless you quit. If you keep going it is simply a hurdle in the race to success. These hurdlers are simply the stepping stones to success. Use these things to build you and create your path. Refuse to let them destroy you and you will come out so far ahead.

In the end most of us quit not because you can't achieve our goal but because we are simply not willing to climb the mountains that are our failures. Our biggest fear in life is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond measure.
